It generally recognized that pathogenetic therapy menopausal disorders hormone therapy. But COVID-19 pandemic has made its own adjustments routine strategy choosing (MHT). The purpose this review was analyze studies on dependence effectiveness MHT clinical genetic aspects context ongoing pandemic. highlights main risks for thromboembolic diseases coagulation complications characteristic COVID-19, discusses predispositions aggravate course post-COVID period, as well estrogens protecting vascular endothelium increasing number CD4+ T cells, providing an adequate immune response when infected with SARS-CoV-2.
